Angola’s central bank kept its key interest rate unchanged at 19.5% for the fifth consecutive time, expecting inflation to continue easing. Annual inflation slowed to 25.3% in February from 26.5% in January, the lowest level in a year, following a period of relative stability in the kwanza after the central bank’s foreign currency sales.
