Mozambique’s state revenues reached EUR 2.302 bln by June, equal to 44.5% of the annual forecast, with spending coming in even lower as the economy contracted 3.9% in 1H 2025. Of 231 budget indicators, 58% met targets, 24% were partially met, and 18% missed.
