Rwanda’s 2025/26 budget was set at RWF 7.03 tln , up from RWF 5.82 tln in FY24/25. Capital expenditure will be RWF 2.68 tln , including investments in the new Kigali International Airport. Revenue projections include RWF 4.11 tln domestically and RWF 2.2 tln in external loans.
