Tunisia’s President Kais Saied was inaugurated for a second term following a crackdown on political opponents. After winning reelection with 90.7% of the vote, Saied called for a “cultural revolution” to combat unemployment, fight terrorism, and eliminate corruption during his inauguration speech.
