Uganda’s economy expanded by 6.6% YoY in Q2 2024, following a slightly higher 6.7% growth in Q1. That marks one of the strongest growth rates since Q3 2022, largely driven by a robust recovery in agriculture. On a quarterly basis, the GDP grew by 3.2% in Q2, the highest quarterly increase in a year.
